RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Barwa. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your product, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange. Please review our return policy below for more information.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email our customer service at services@barwa.in or call us at +91 92223 47777 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After receiving your RMA number, securely package the item in its original box (including the proof of purchase), and send your return to:

Note: Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us only in the case of defective or wrong items. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least twelve (12) days from the time we receive your item to complete the process.
You will be notified via email once your return is approved and your refund has been initiated. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately to arrange a refund or replacement.
Non-returnable items include:
- Used or physically damaged earphones, earbuds, or accessories
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products damaged due to improper use or mishandling
